We are a group from the Bristol Muslim community who have come together with statutory partners Bristol City Council (BCC), the Police & Crime Commissioner (A&S), the NHS and the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) to develop the Bristol Muslim Strategic Leadership Group.
The purpose of the Bristol Muslim Strategic Leadership Group (BMSLGroup) is to develop and strengthen Muslim communities in Bristol.
Our aims are simple, and we hold ourselves to them.
In practice that means Muslims who have what it takes, whether through experience, skills or sheer drive, making a difference to the lives of Muslims in Bristol.
We are a volunteer-led group of members from across Bristol's Muslim communities, working alongside our statutory and associate partners.
Our members bring experience from education, law, healthcare, policing, faith organisations, business and community work, and give their time to make life better for Muslims and other communities across the city.
